This is a terrible condition characterized by forgetting the location of plants, when they bloom, whether they need shade or sun, how much water they take, and other important plant details. Sound familiar? Thankfully there is a solution and it is simple and easy one, not to mention you can make it yourself! The gardeners filing cabinet/ key chain!
This simple tool is made by trimming your plant tags at the base and stapling them photo side up on a shipping tag. (Remember to only staple the plant tag at the top, making it possible to read the flip side) You can also write any additional information about the plant (location, ect.) on the back of the shipping tag. Then hole punch all your tags, put them on a key ring and there you have it! your homemade cure to garden amnesia!
